| TRAINING PHILOSOPHY |
PURPOSE:
The purpose of my riding schools is to
advance riders to the next level or levels of riding or racing thru consistent
training and coaching that fosters control, technique, and speed.
OBJECTIVES:
The objectives of my classes are simple yet very
specific to expected rider outcomes:

Erase poor habits and techniques learned or
taught

Bust poor riding/racing myths and/or theory
to ensure proper technique training
continues at home.

Master braking in all surface conditions.

Master accelerating in all conditions.
-
Master riding their motorcycle properly.
Standing up, gripping the bike with their
knees.
-
Master body riding positions while braking,
cornering, starting, jumping, and any
obstical found on typical motocross tracks.

Master transferring weight while riding on
the pegs.
-
Master starting techniques necessary to
achieve consistant top 3 starts.

Teach the mental philosophies of both
professional and amateur racing.

Teach basic kinesiology and diet skills.
-
Master jumping techniques basic to advanced.
-
Master proper passing techniques and
strategies.
-
Make sure each participant gets equal input
from instructor.

Make sure each student understands
instructor pedagogy.

Make sure each student has fun.
